Vinification : Fermentation with controlled temperature, Animal husbandry on scum, Control of the proteins.

Tasting :
Under its dress of pale pink color this wine reveals fruity aromatic notes such as the strawberry and the raspberry accompanied by a little floral.
The mouth is characterized by its at the same time full aromatic complexity and fraiche.

Serving temperature : 7°C
