Vinification : harvested destalked. Fermentation at 28°C.
Long maceration. Pigeage.
matured in oak casks 12 month

Tasting :
Colour : Shine, dark garnet.
Noze: Intense, alloying notes of red fruits, carpets hidden of garrigue.
Palate : Frank and fruity attack, wine blending in with a tannin of a very big softness.

Serving temperature : 17° C.

Serve with meat and poultry.
